Painting

Using themes and stories from Welsh myths, dreams, old photographs and memories I paint my images. Sometimes I am forced to take large breaks, but I always come back to it in some form. Using elements drawn from my memory and photographs, I strive to create personally important images, strong in light, narrative and drama.

Animation

A very new medium for me. These animations were made for the humorous B3ta site and also as Flashy bits for use in my own websites. Made Using Gif and Flash formats - may take a wee while to load.

Digital and Web

I have made a lot of web sites, since teaching myself how in 2000. You will find a full list of my sites here. Whenever possible I try to make my own themes and graphics. I also have used the PC to make digitally manipulated imagery for all sorts of purposes, from T Shirt designs to CD Covers

Drawing

Self explanatory really - some studies for other pieces I have done and works in their own right.

Mixed-Media

I've never been into traditional painting methods to heavily, I've always enjoyed experimenting with my media. Mix it all up, see what happens. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Collected here are a range of images linked only by the fact they are made from different and unexpected media.

Montage

Initially I was doing montages in the darkroom, many years before I had even heard of PhotoShop, these days I enjoy making montages using the PC - its both quick and highly effective.
